Hey Pups! I always love it when a haul of new gear arrives and today I wanted to share my new pup gauntlet that arrived from the guys @ Mr S.
This is a fairly new addition to the pup play line up and I really like it. This piece of gear is perfect for when out and about and you want to flag being a pup in a discrete way. This easily passes in most company, pups will know exactly what is going on, curious straight friends will love your “puppy wrist band”.
The wrist band is made for either the L or the R. As you can see above the paw is not exactly centre. This is to make sure it sits nicely as well as shows off the full paw when worn. The one pictured above is for my right wrist.
Measurements are important! Mr S has very careful sizing and they are exact. Make sure you grab a tape measure and sit it just under where the wrist bends (on the arm side, not the hand side of the wrist). That is the measurement you will need to ensure a nice fit.
Last point is to choose a color that you love. What can I say, I’m crazy about blue so I am always going to be choosing it… Other colors available include red, yellow and grey. We will begin with some creative visualisation when describing your emerging pup self.
Imagine it is the dog inside you. You, the human, always hold that dog in your arms.
At this stage you certainly can’t express your pup self in a way that doesn’t involve your humanity.
So visualise yourself as cradling that young dog, that is your pup self, as a puppy in your arms.
Hold your puppy up and let him rest on your shoulder so he looks backward whilst you as a human are facing away and not communicating. That’s how the two of you are to be forged this early stage.
You control your puppy self and protect him as you learn your lessons in your First Collar Training, whilst you as a man, face away and let him look and explore. Imagine your puppy self as being loved and cared for by you.
Second collar persona goes deeper where you can explore more of your pup personality…
This act of making a unique pup self is a creative task, and the benefit of being a creative pup is that it helps you as a human as well; your Genius leads your whole self to feeling fulfilled, accomplished, and having meaning to your life. So following your Genius pup spirit is very important!
At this point it’s vital for you to recognise that a Genius spirit is an imaginative construct of yours. Perhaps it has a spiritual dimension for you, but that is not necessary for puphood and is your own personal choice. The creative visualisation is the paramount action, the main thing for you to focus on.
As part of the creation of my full pup self I needed to create a story:
How did I come to be a pup?
How did I come to be owned?
What sort of pup am I?
For me this was a bit of a struggle but over time I came to get a better understanding of who I was. I know that I am definitely a German Shepherd, strong, protective yet 100% devoted and loving to those who are close to me.
Over time I started to imagine, “how did I come to be with this pack?”.

Gpup was being trained as a police dog but his temper was a little too short so he was expelled. After some time alone, lost he was fortunate to be found by Pup Boss and their bond was to be strong from that day forward.

As you know I love all my SquarePeg pup tails and I want them to last long so your choice of lubes can make a big difference.
With medical grade silicon it’s advised to use either water or oil based lubes. These will not react with the silicone in any way.
One of the water based lubes I recommend is J Lube and J Jelly. Below is a video that explains the difference between the two.
J Lube and J Jelly
J lube comes in a powder form. Just need to add powder and water into a bottle and you can shake up the lube of your dreams.
J Lube doesn’t have any preservatives so if you suffer with allergies this may be a great choice for you.
J Jelly is exactly the same as J Lube just that it’s premixed and has a preservative to prevent spoiling.
If you are wanting to wear your tail for an extended period use of a water based lube can help the tail stay in. With longer wear the water in the lube is absorbed by the lining of the ass which tends to “lock in” the tail helping it stay in.
Remember when removing your tail it’s safer to push rather than pull. Bear down like you are taking a shit and the tail will gently come out.
Oil Based Lubes
Oil based lubes such as elbow grease and  Swiss Navy Grease are a great choice for extended anal play.
Unlike the water based lubes these stay slippery for a long time. This is one of the reasons oil based is often the lube for fisting.
When used with SquarePeg tails the oil lubes are perfectly safe and will not damage the silicone. It’s important to be aware that oil based lubes will destroy latex so don’t use this lube if you are using condoms or on your rubber clothing.
Silicone Lubes
Silicone lubes such as Gun Oil Lube can be great as a little goes a very long way and it’s compatible with most toys. There has been many people reporting that you can’t use silicone with silicone toys as it dissolves the toy. With low great silicone toys or lubes there is that risk.
SquarePeg use high quality silicone so the risk is lower. Steve from SquarePeg reports:
I also say it’s ok to use silicone lube with my toys with some clarification as to why since a few other manufacturers of silicone toys have not recommended the use of silicone lubes. I have not had any short-term adverse effects on my own testing of toys, nor have I yet to receive negative feedback from fellow players who only use silicone lube. It does raise the question however of what the effects might be over the long haul. I personally don’t prefer silicone lubes simply because I cannot ever get it all off once play is over, and anything that can remove silicone could have the potential to damage the toy itself. It also facilitates the adhesion of bacteria and odours as detergent can’t break through.
Given this advice I might be best to use silicone lubes sparingly.
Two cool new features is that they have eliminated the need for a separate lock that sits on top of the cage. Instead they have replaced this with a magnetic internal locking system. This means that there is a big increase in comfort and the risk of catching skin in the lock is pretty much eliminated.
Another cool addition is that the plastic has been updated with a sweet feature in that is becomes softer as it warms to body temperature. Long gone are the days of hard plastic rubbing into your groin as you wore the cage for long periods of time.
The new Holy Trainer chastity cage is cool in that it moulds and fits to the body as it’s worn. No more rubbing areas or cuts along the edges.
