Hey there Sir.
This week you have offered the task of taking time to stop and to be still, at one with our pup self.
As you know I have a very busy mind. I am a task focused pup and to stop and just breath, listen and be in the present as you taught in the Sirius Pup First Collar Mind exercises has not been the easiest task.
I have busy days and it really does take persistence and focus to “stay in the now”. This week I have had 2 nights where I have taken the time to curl up and to focus on the present. I’ve found your instructions to acknowledge the thoughts a great start for me but very challenging.
My mind flits from idea to idea and I sometimes get distracted as I think of something from the day or a task I wish to do later on.
The first few times I have done this exercise I found it very difficult to focus…
As it has been I have received my new neoprene sleep sack that I ordered from Mr S Leather. This offered a great chance to focus in not only on my sensations but to have time to focus on a task.
First task was to buy some nice soft coloured rope that will be used to help enclose me when I am head to toe in my suit.
It was great to be able to go to Bunnings, choose the rope I wished, get the twine needed to finish the ends of the rope and to then set forth to prepare them for my sack.
I found the task interesting yet not the normal “high level” thinking I need to do at work. This was simply application of a set task, much like the polishing of my leather or rubber catsuit.
With the rope I was able to simply just be present with the task. Measuring lengths, cutting and then whipping each end nice and tight so it no longer frays.
I took pride and pleasure in making two lovely blue ropes, each a little shorter to go with my sleepsack.
Satisfied with the task done I decided it was time to christen the new neoprene enclosure.
Slipping inside the first thing I noticed was the warmth. I zipped up to my chest but was not able to easily get much futher up, well at least yet.
Pulling my shoulders into the sack I slid my arms to my side and then just sat in the present.
I started with the exercise as prescribed. Toe itch, toe itch, toe itch, bells, bells bells, bells, car, car car… Each time my mind flitted away to a task or other thought I just refocused on my breathing.
After about ten minutes I noticed my anxiety was rising a little. My nose was blocked and my mouth was dry, similar to my first time in a sleep sack. I decided to simply concentrate on my breathing. In and out, in and out…
I did have some fleeting feelings of worry and the wish to get out. As they rose I said to myself, I have this hour just for me, sit it out, let’s see where it goes…
Interestingly the anxiety dissipated. I started to just feel the nice warm feelings of my skin against the neoprene. I felt calm and relaxed. Just listening to the sounds and enjoying the warmth.
I think I stayed like this for about 20 minutes when I decided that it was a nice time to come out.
Slipping out was a great experience and I felt the most calm and relaxed I have in a very long time. Best was that my back was feeling great and I was not having pain. Happy pup!!!
The additional task for me this week has been concentrating on my pup self as I masturbate…
Having been on an additonal permission based task this made each wanking session a much more intense experience.
Normally I will wank 2-3 times a day. I see something I like? Wank. Nice thought about pup play and my training, wank.
Having to request permission has mean that I have only wanked twice this week (and I have permission for tonight!!! Looking forward to this one).
What I’ve noticed is that I am able to get to the edge and just stay there. I was horny going to bed last night. As I didn’t ask for permission to cum I didn’t. But fuck getting close to the edge, it was interesting to let it all slowly die away as I drifted towards sleep.

Today my Master Pup Boss shared the post “What Are The Qualities Of A Sirius Pup“. Characters and traits he looks for in his pups. Today on the opposite side of the same coin, I wanted to share the amazing gifts human pup play has offered me.

For me human pup play has given me the most amazing space to explore, to engage my curiosity, to master my craft and to get my toes wet in the world of S&M and kink.
I have never been a “dive in head first” kind of pup. Heck it took 4 years from the purchase of my first leather dog mask before I was able to wear it in my first pup play session.
In my training as a pup Sir has created  a safe space where I have been encouraged to extend and explore.
Yes I have had freak outs, I’m sure we all have. When those sensations, natural anxieties can feel like they are building up I have had the strength, the fortified layers of training to fall back on to steady me.
Human pup play has taught me patience. Patience with myself, with my fellow pups and with the process. Sometimes I have wanted to rush ahead and Sir has simply said, “it’s all good pup”, “it will come”. Looking up at my Master I’ve been able to relax into that desire and understand that yes, there is a plan and I will understand it when I do.
Perhaps most importantly, my exploration of human pup play has taught me respect. Sure the respect for Sir is a given. He has gifted me with my training and I feel honoured for that gift. Respect however is much deeper and wider than this.
Sir has taught me respect for me gear, for the pack and for myself.
Though the simple act of polishing and caring for my pup play gear I have learned it’s value and role. Beautiful shiny rubber gear does not come of of the box like that. It takes dedication, love and time spent carefully polishing for that dedication to show in the glow of a shiny rubber catsuit.
That shine represent patience, dedication and love. That shine represents my pride in my pack and how we display our pride and passion for what we do. That shine represents the same process I have undergone in my training. My pride in being the Alpha of a pack I am so fucking proud of.
Gentle, caring loving attention. Each application coming on top of the previous.
Human pup play is not a toy that can be locked away between sessions. My exploration of my pup self has been a gradual consistent process. A little each day. My learning, my “sweat equity”, my pride. The care and love of my Master.
And for that shine I am eternally grateful. This shine is the gift that human pup play has bestowed on me.

After a very interesting conversation on facebook about cock cages and chastity devices, I’ve created some reviews of my favourite cock cages that can be used as part of pup training.
Review include the very popular CB6000 cock cage, the super comfortable silicone cock cage and one of most beautiful on the market, the fantastic stainless steel chastity tube.
Also included are a PA cock cage for guys with a prince albert as well as a nasty punisher silicone cock cage for naughty puppies!
While chastity devices are not a direct pup play experience I have found that as part of training it can be good to help focus a pup away from his cock back to his master’s voice. By not allowing a pup access to his most precious piece of anatomy, chastity can be a very effective training tool for a pup trainer.
As always be careful and remember go slow and work your way up. There are plenty of devices to choose from.

Hey Pups! Today I just wanted to let you know that I have updated the site to share my favorite pup play hoods to include my very first leather dog hood as well as a super cool rubber dog mask, not to be confused with the amazing RubberDawg mask that I had sent from San Diego.
For me, my pup play hood is an important of my exploration of pup play. The dog mask offers a space where I am able to slip away from my human side and explore my dog personality. I admit it as a human, pup masks are definitely my fetish.
With each dog mask there is a different feel and experience however the end game is always going to be learning more about pup space. The often sort but elusive feeling of total connection to the now and my canine self.
For sexual pup play I like to use my Mr S leather dog mask because the muzzle is removable allowing my master access to my pup mouth… Hey what can I say, I love to chew a bone :).

Hey there Pups! I’m so excited, just one week ago I had my very first sleepsack experience during our pack meeting.
